The website and store are operated under the trade name Dragon Foxx® by Dragon Foxx (“Dragon Foxx®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Our Store

Dragon Foxx® is an online fashion, creative, and digital-products brand.

Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Certain products or services may also be fulfilled, hosted, delivered, or supported by third-party production, payment, technology, shipping, or service providers.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

We may discontinue a product or limit availability at any time.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many Dragon Foxx® physical products are produced after an order is placed.

Production times are separate from shipping and transit times. Current production estimates are displayed on the website where applicable.

Some custom, embroidered, specialty, or multi-item orders may require additional processing time.

Products within the same order may be produced or shipped separately when fulfilled by different production partners.

Tracking information is provided when available after an item ships.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product or fulfillment unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• Suspected resale or misuse

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required for the cancelled portion of the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the order and destination.

Any charges shown at checkout form part of the purchase price.

Payment processing may be performed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Dragon Foxx® is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or incorrect customer-provided delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of incorrect addresses, refusal, failure to collect a shipment, or similar customer-caused delivery issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products, manufacturing defects, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many Dragon Foxx® products are made to order, return eligibility differs from conventional pre-stocked retail merchandise.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Dragon Foxx® intellectual property.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not:

• Claim Dragon Foxx® intellectual property as your own
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
