Shipping & Delivery Information

Dragon Foxx® products are made to order after purchase. Orders may be produced and shipped by selected fulfillment partners from different locations depending on the item, inventory availability, and delivery destination.
Production Time
Most Dragon Foxx® products are produced within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Some orders may require additional production time, including:
- Embroidered products
- Large or multi-item orders
- Items requiring additional quality checks
- High-volume holiday or promotional periods
- Products affected by temporary supplier or material availability
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Estimated delivery dates may be shown at checkout when available.
Total delivery time includes:
- Production time
- Carrier transit time
- Any applicable customs processing time for international orders
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Dragon Foxx® control may affect delivery.
Multiple-Item Orders and Split Shipments
Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners or shipped from different locations.
This means your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. When multiple packages are used, you may receive more than one tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order ships in separate packages.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once an item ships, Dragon Foxx® will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear with the carrier.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you need to change an address, contact support@dragonfoxx.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be requested before production or shipment begins and cannot be guaranteed once an item has entered fulfillment.
Dragon Foxx® is not responsible for delays, additional charges, lost packages, or undeliverable orders caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout.
International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
Dragon Foxx® ships to destinations that are available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. Otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned because duties, taxes, customs charges, or delivery fees are not paid, additional shipping charges may apply before an order can be resent.
Delivery Delays and Lost Packages
Carrier delays can happen because of weather, customs inspections, carrier backlogs, regional disruptions, or other events outside Dragon Foxx® control.
If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact the carrier first when possible. For further assistance, email support@dragonfoxx.com with your order number.
For packages that do not arrive or appear lost in transit, contact Dragon Foxx® within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered
- Dragon Foxx® made a fulfillment or shipping error
- A refund is required under applicable law
