Shipping policy
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Overseas Shipping
Currently, we have 9 separate shipping regions, and each region has its own shipping rates.

We Ship Worldwide Except For The Ones Listed Below.
- We ship to all other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, Dragon Foxx™ doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).
The list of countries may change at any time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location. When an order is out for delivery, updates on its status will depend on the carrier service. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you.
