Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located on each of our product descriptions.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, But Only! Our DRAGON FOXX™ Brand. All other women's apparel that doesn't show our By: DRAGON FOXX™ or Apliiq - is only shipped to customers in the USA. We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

DRAGON FOXX™ Brand Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at contact us with your concern and photos so we can contact our supplier and fix the issues as soon as possible.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our suppliers' facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).

Dragon Foxx™ does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returns - Before returning any products. you must contact us with your concerns. We do not except exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size, So, make sure you read the sizing charts available on each items page. For Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express they will return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Dragon Foxx™ reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. 

 

For All Other Items That We Have - Return Policy

For other items that are not Dragon Foxx™ brand that we carry we will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after your return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Can I exchange my items?

Where do you not ship to?

We Ship Worldwide Except For The Ones Listed Below.

  • We ship to all other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, Dragon Foxx™ doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).

The list of countries may change at any time.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location.

When an order is out for delivery, updates on its status will depend on the carrier service. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at the link on the bottom of this page and we’ll do our best to help you.
