Orders & Production
Are Dragon Foxx® products made to order?
Yes. Most Dragon Foxx® products are made to order after purchase. This allows us to create bold apparel, accessories, and home goods through selected fulfillment partners based on the item and destination.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Some items may need additional production time, including embroidered products, large or multi-item orders, products requiring additional quality checks, holiday-period orders, or items affected by temporary supplier availability.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@dragonfoxx.com as soon as possible.
Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, changes, address corrections, and cancellations can only be requested before production begins. Once production has started or an item has shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact support immediately if you entered an incorrect address.
Address changes may only be possible before production or shipment begins. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Dragon Foxx® ship?
Dragon Foxx® ships to destinations that are available at checkout. Shipping availability can vary by product, fulfillment partner, and delivery address.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
When will my order arrive?
Total delivery time includes:
Production time
Carrier transit time
Any applicable customs processing time for international orders
Estimated delivery dates may be shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, regional disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
Will my order arrive in more than one package?
It may. Products in the same order can be produced by different fulfillment partners or shipped from different locations.
Your order may arrive in separate packages on different days, and you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order ships in multiple packages.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Once an item ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear with the carrier.
What if my package is delayed or appears lost?
Carrier delays can happen. Check the tracking information first and contact the carrier when possible.
For additional help, email support@dragonfoxx.com with your order number. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on an international order?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sizing, Products & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Review the size guide and product description before ordering. Fit can vary by garment style, fabric, cut, and intended silhouette.
For a more relaxed streetwear fit, consider sizing up when the product listing suggests a slim, bodycon, or fitted cut.
What if the item does not fit?
Because most Dragon Foxx® products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless required by applicable law.

How should I care for my Dragon Foxx® item?
Follow the care instructions listed on the product page and garment label.
Many apparel items should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, turned inside out when printed, and kept away from high heat. Specific care needs can vary by product, fabric, print method, and decoration.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We work to display colors as accurately as possible. However, color appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, lighting, fabric, dye lot, and production process.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted?
Email support@dragonfoxx.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used for the order
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label when relevant
We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Should I send an item back right away?
No. Do not return an item without written instructions from Dragon Foxx®.
Items may be fulfilled by different production partners, and return locations can vary by order. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
Dragon Foxx® does not offer direct exchanges.
For approved quality, print, manufacturing, or fulfillment issues, we may provide a replacement when appropriate.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, Dragon Foxx® made a fulfillment error, or a refund is required by applicable law.
What rights do EU, EEA, and UK customers have?
Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom may have a legal right to cancel eligible standard catalog purchases within 14 calendar days after receiving the final item in the order.
Personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from this right where permitted by applicable law. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
