Dragon Foxx® products are made to order after purchase. We work to ensure every item arrives as ordered and in excellent condition.

This policy explains how we handle damaged, defective, incorrect, and return requests. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items

Contact Dragon Foxx® if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, materially different from what you ordered, or with a manufacturing issue.

Please email support@dragonfoxx.com within 30 calendar days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email address used for the order
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label when relevant

Do not send an item back without written instructions from Dragon Foxx®.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an appropriate resolution, including:

  • A replacement
  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Another reasonable solution based on the issue

For approved quality, print, manufacturing, or fulfillment errors, Dragon Foxx® covers applicable return or replacement costs.

Made-to-Order Items: United States and Other Eligible Markets

Unless a local law provides otherwise, standard made-to-order Dragon Foxx® products are not eligible for return or exchange because of:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color or design selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • A preference-based return
  • A product no longer being wanted after delivery

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and size guides carefully before placing an order.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or not as described.

Exchanges

Dragon Foxx® does not offer direct exchanges.

If an item has an approved quality or fulfillment issue, we may send a replacement when appropriate. For other eligible returns required by law, a refund may be issued after the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at support@dragonfoxx.com if you need to request an order change, cancellation, or shipping-address correction.

Because products may enter production quickly, we can only make changes or approve cancellations before production begins. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

This does not limit any cancellation rights that apply under local law.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries, and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, package refusal, failure to collect the package, or another customer-caused delivery issue, the order is not considered defective. Dragon Foxx® may offer reshipment after any applicable additional shipping cost is paid.

European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom Customers

Your Right to Cancel

For standard Dragon Foxx® catalog products delivered to customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you nominate, receive the final item in the order.

You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

Being made after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove this legal cancellation right for standard catalog products.

How to Cancel

To cancel an eligible order, email support@dragonfoxx.com within the 14-day cancellation period. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your delivery address
  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase

You may also use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 calendar days using the return instructions provided by Dragon Foxx®.

Do not send products to a fulfillment-partner address, warehouse, or the address shown on the original package unless Dragon Foxx® has instructed you to do so.

Return Costs for Non-Defective Cancellations

For eligible non-defective cancellations, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs unless Dragon Foxx® states otherwise in writing.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Dragon Foxx® will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds for Eligible Cancellations

For eligible EU, EEA, and UK cancellations, Dragon Foxx® will refund:

  • The price paid for the returned item
  • The cost of the least-expensive standard shipping option offered at checkout

Optional upgraded shipping charges are not refundable.

We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by applicable law.

Examples may include products made with customer-provided names, text, artwork, or other individualized design instructions.

Standard Dragon Foxx® catalog products are not considered personalized merely because they are produced after an order is placed.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, features, and fit.

Dragon Foxx® may reduce a refund where the value of an item has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Other International Customers

Customers outside the United States, European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom may have consumer rights that vary by country, state, province, or territory.

This policy does not limit mandatory rights related to products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or not delivered as agreed.

Refund Timing

For approved non-statutory quality or fulfillment claims, Dragon Foxx® generally initiates refunds within 5 business days after approval.

For statutory cancellations or refunds, Dragon Foxx® follows the timeframe required by applicable law.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What do I do?


Email support@dragonfoxx.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Can I return an item because it does not fit or I changed my mind?


Dragon Foxx® products are made to order. Unless local law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based returns. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Should I send my item back right away?


No. Do not return an item without written instructions from Dragon Foxx®. Products may be fulfilled by different production partners, and return locations vary by order. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Can I cancel or change my order?
